Isolation and quarantine help protect our communities by preventing exposure to people who have or may have Covid.
- Isolation separates sick people with a contagious disease from people who are not sick.
- Quarantine separates and restricts the movement of people who were exposed to a contagious disease to see if they become sick.
Below you will find helpful links with information regarding isolation and quarantine so you are prepared and can make the best decisions if you are faced with exposure to COVID-19. Following these guidelines will help keep yourself, your family and our community safe and healthy.

Not just during the COVID-19 pandemic, but all the time, it is very important to your overall health and wellness to have a Primary Care Provider (PCP) – for annual physicals, medication management, sick visits and more. If you do not have a PCP, both of our clinics (Bassett Family Practice and Ridgeway Family Health) are welcoming new patients. All insurances accepted, but not required.
